Does the mattress require flipping?
No, Simba mattresses are designed with specific layers that should always face upwards. However, we recommend rotating your mattress 180 degrees once a month for the first six months to ensure even wear.
How is the mattress delivered?
Your mattress will arrive rolled and vacuum-sealed in a compact box. This makes it easy to move through tight hallways and staircases before unboxing in your room of choice.
What kind of base can I use with a Simba mattress?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most firm surfaces, including divans, solid slats, or slatted bed bases, provided the gaps between slats are no wider than 3 inches.
Is there a warranty on Simba products?
Yes, all our mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural failures, giving you peace of mind for a decade.
Do you offer old mattress removal?
Yes, we offer a mattress recycling service. You can select the 'Mattress Removal' option at checkout, and our delivery team will take away your old mattress when they drop off your new Simba.
