Return Process

  Schedule a Collection

  For mattresses, our specialized courier team will contact you to book a convenient time slot to remove the item directly from your home.

  Package Your Items

  For smaller sleep accessories like pillows or duvets, please ensure they are securely boxed in their original packaging or a suitable alternative.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms receipt and inspects the items, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
